The reasons that cause stress are diverse and can vary from person to person depending on different factors such as the personal profile, environment, life experiences, etc.

  • Major life events : Important changes such as the loss of a loved one, a divorce, a move, can cause significant stress.
  • Relationship issues : Family conflicts, difficulties in affective relationships, relationship problems with close friends can lead to stress.
  • Work-related stress : Factors such as deadline pressure, excessive workload, strained relationships with colleagues, job insecurity, high goals that are difficult to achieve and other parameters can create stress.
